Job Description

As a key member of the JUMEIRAH team, the Revenue Optimization Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and profitability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and implement revenue management strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact revenue growth, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Product and Service Optimization: Analyze and optimize the company's product and service offerings to maximize revenue and profitability, taking into account factors such as seasonality, competition, and guest preferences.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure revenue growth and profitability, and provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication of revenue management strategies and goals.
  • System Implementation and Optimization: Manage the implementation and optimization of revenue management systems and processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in revenue management and share knowledge with the team to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Leadership and Development: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
