Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Inventory Control: Manage the ordering and control of beverage stocks to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Administrative Duties: Execute necessary administrative tasks related to orders, deliveries, and accounting for bar stocks.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise bar staff, monitor performance, and uphold high service standards.
  • Service Delivery: Provide bar service as needed and assist with stocktaking processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain cellars to the highest standards to ensure product quality for guests.
  • Staffing Coordination: Arrange appropriate staffing levels in accordance with service requirements and management directives.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Work flexible hours to accommodate service needs and special events.
  • Compliance: Ensure bar operations adhere to all statutory regulations, including health and safety, licensing, and hygiene standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment to achieve service targets and provide exceptional guest experiences.

Desired Skills & Expertise
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in managing bar operations in an upscale environment.
  • Technical education in hospitality management or service methods is advantageous.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
  • Ability to effectively listen and respond to guest needs.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated drive for achieving results.
