At TBO, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with key corporate clients in the B2B travel industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to strategically align client needs with company offerings.
Responsibilities:- Develop and manage relationships with key corporate clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective networking and lead generation.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Work closely with internal teams to align on client needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to position our offerings effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account progress in CRM tools.
- Proactively resolve any issues, complaints, or service challenges that may arise, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Travel Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or additional certifications in travel/tourism or sales is a plus.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the B2B travel or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the travel sector, booking platforms, and common challenges in corporate/B2B travel.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Customer-centric approach, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and relationship-building.
- Familiarity with CRM software and booking platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
