Job Overview

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Director will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) strategy across the organization. This role is critical in driving financial transparency, efficiency, and strategic cost management across all departments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a ZBB framework to ensure all financial decisions and budget allocations are made from a zero base each fiscal period.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  3. Provide financial analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making.
  4. Lead strategic planning and forecasting initiatives to drive business growth.
  5. Oversee capital expenditure (CAPEX) processes to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  6. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fixed costs.
  7. Take a lead role in controlling general and administrative (G&A) expenses.
  8. Support the growth office in managing expenses and investments.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required.
  2. Consulting firm experience preferred.
  3. Minimum of 10 years in Finance/Accounting with expertise in FP&A, data consolidation, and forecasting.
  4. Proven experience in implementing and managing ZBB processes.
  5. Excellent business acumen and interpersonal communication abilities.
  6. Motivated self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
  7. Collaborative team player with a strategic mindset.
  8. Leadership skills with the ability to manage and influence teams without direct authority.
