Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our Learning and Development strategy in alignment with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop tailored Learning and Development initiatives to support the expansion and growth of our organization across the region.
  2. Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs that improve employee performance across all levels of the organization, contributing to overall business success.
  3. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by collaborating with leadership to identify skills gaps and provide effective solutions to enhance employee competencies.
  4. Oversee the management of training systems, content, and materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in training & development, Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  2. 6-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Learning & Development.
  3. At least 5 years of experience in managing and leading a skilled team.
  4. High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and instructional design tools like Articulate 360 and Canva.
