We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative cum Administrative Assistant to join our team at Pangulf Furniture & Interiors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the accounting department.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude, assist customers in finding their way around the showroom, and professionally answer phones and route calls as necessary.
- Administrative Support: Assist colleagues with administrative tasks, sort and distribute mail, prepare letters when required, and schedule appointments.
- Accounting Support: Provide administrative support to the accounting department, assist with tasks such as data entry, and maintain accurate records.
**Requirements & Skills:**
- Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field, with a strong background in customer service and administrative support.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and the ability to multitask.
