About the Role:
- We are looking for a professional to coordinate the procurement and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment and spare parts.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as experience in sales and procurement.
- Responsibilities will include preparing quotations, arranging spare parts, and ensuring the quality and availability of products.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the service and sales department.
- Additionally, the role will involve monitoring supplier performance, tracking monthly expenses, and coordinating the day-to-day administration of the kitchen service center.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the kitchen industry.
- Knowledge of commercial kitchen brands.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Sales skills and experience.
- Cabinetry knowledge and experience.
Work Arrangements:
- Full-time on-site role.
- Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm.
