This is an exciting opportunity to join the corporate funding team of a leading global investor, based in Abu Dhabi. The team focuses on evaluating the fund's corporate funding options and capital structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators related to the corporate funding function, to track performance and optimize financial outcomes.
  • Providing input into the preparation of the budget and advising on risks and opportunities to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of the corporate funding strategy in order to achieve optimal debt levels and protect investment credit ratings.
  • Drafting and composing presentations of strategic proposals in support of debt financing solutions, leveraging expertise in financial markets and capital structures.
  • Managing financial modeling, valuations, and analyses to support the development of optimum capital structure solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitoring the risk of the fund's corporate funding transactions, identifying potential areas of concern and developing mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution with a degree related to business management, finance, real estate, or equivalent.
  • A keen understanding and grasp of capital markets, as well as broader financial markets, with expertise in global investment markets.
  • Expert knowledge of various corporate funding products, including debt financing solutions and capital structures.
  • Ability to manage and maintain relationships with financial institutions and rating agencies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts and strategies to stakeholders.
  • Ability and willingness to relocate full-time to Abu Dhabi, UAE, with a strong commitment to the company's global operations.
