Job Summary:
PrecisionHire Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Financial Officer - Budget Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing all financial matters of the college and associated budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Transaction Management: Process all college purchase requests, purchase contracts, travel requests, lab equipment purchasing and receiving, compensations and petty cash requests.
- Annual Budget Planning: Prepare and manage the annual college procurement plan, budget and inventory.
- Financial Transaction Processing: Process all financial transactions related to scientific research, postgraduate studies, students as well as research assistants.
- Communication: Perform all communications with the university financial department.
- Financial System Management: Initiate and process all financial transactions on the university financial system for all related matters and tasks.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform all other tasks related to the college financial matters and tasks asked for by the Dean in relation to financial matters.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance from an Accredited University.
- Experience: Experience within the UAE educational and financial sector.
