Job Summary:

PrecisionHire Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Financial Officer - Budget Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing all financial matters of the college and associated budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Transaction Management: Process all college purchase requests, purchase contracts, travel requests, lab equipment purchasing and receiving, compensations and petty cash requests.
  • Annual Budget Planning: Prepare and manage the annual college procurement plan, budget and inventory.
  • Financial Transaction Processing: Process all financial transactions related to scientific research, postgraduate studies, students as well as research assistants.

Requirements:
