Job Description

As a Sales Executive for the MICE segment, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue in the MICE segment across the three hotels.

You will work closely with hotel operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events and meetings, and collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry stakeholders.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in hotel sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
