Job Title: Telesales Executive

At Caliberly, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting outbound calls, and building strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential B2B clients through targeted telemarketing efforts, leveraging your excellent communication skills to build rapport and establish trust.
  • Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to prospects, following up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business objectives and offering suitable solutions to drive growth.
  • Email Communication: Craft and send effective and professional emails to potential clients, following up as needed to ensure responses and engagement.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company, demonstrating your ability to work under pressure and achieve results.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities, providing regular reports on sales progress and pipeline status to support business growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the business development team to align sales strategies and support overall business growth, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of B2B sales experience, preferably in telesales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong email writing skills with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content, excellent verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period, with a strong commitment to meeting sales targets and quotas.
  • Gender: Open to both female and male candidates, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
  • Location: Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate, with a strong understanding of the local market and business landscape.
