Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Guest Relations Assistant to join our team at Grosvenor House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Dubai. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-in and Check-out: Process all guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate room assignments and handling any room change or late check-out requests.
  • Payment and Billing: Secure payment, activate/reissue room keys, and verify/adjust billing for guests.
  • Communication and Coordination: Communicate with staff to ensure guests are aware of available rooms, advise guests of messages, and coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns.
  • Front Desk Operations: Operate the telephone switchboard station, run and check daily reports, and supply guests with directions and information.
  • Guest Services: Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns, following up to ensure each has been met to guests' satisfaction.
  • Transportation and Cash Handling: Arrange transportation for guests/visitors and count and secure bank at the beginning and end of shift.

Requirements:
