Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

  • Problem-Solving: Develop and implement solutions to complex facilities management problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including facilities management teams, maintenance personnel, and senior management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on facilities management performance, highlighting areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
Requirements
