Senior Role - Marketing and Strategy Lead

A pivotal position driving marketing and business development strategy in our fast-growing Legal division. Collaborating closely with the Executive Director and a small, agile team, you will develop market positioning, enhance stakeholder engagement, and amplify brand visibility.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and implement strategic marketing strategies, encompassing digital presence, branding, content, and public relations.
  • Foster industry recognition through reports, rankings, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including law firms, corporate legal teams, and government entities.
  • Advocate for the adoption of arbitration clauses to propel long-term revenue expansion.
  • Oversee marketing activities for prominent industry conferences and events.
  • Maintain cohesive communication across various channels, including social media, digital marketing, and public relations.
  • Partner with external agencies to refine messaging and branding.
  • Support executive leadership in elevating marketing effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, strategy, communications, or business development, preferably in professional services or legal sectors.
  • Strategic thinker capable of setting high-level objectives and executing independently.
  • Results-driven individual with a strong sense of accountability, owning marketing initiatives from start to finish.
  • Team player adept at adapting to changing circumstances and collaborating in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Effective communicator skilled in crafting compelling messages.
  • Fluency in Arabic is preferred due to the regional focus.
