Careers International is seeking a highly skilled Java Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Production Support and Maintenance (PSM) Team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our Java-based systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Operations and Maintenance: Manage system operations and maintenance, including daily inspections, regular data backups, and performance tuning.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Java-based systems, including database management, server operations, and network security.
  • Code Analysis and Development: Analyze and resolve code bugs within business systems, write database scripts, and develop and maintain internal team projects.
  • System Security: Ensure the security and integrity of our systems, including system/network security and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure seamless system operations and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in using the Linux operating system, Java development, and application servers such as WebLogic and Tomcat.
  • System Administration: Experience with system administration, including system/network security, backup and recovery, and performance optimization.
  • Database Management: Proficiency in Oracle/MySQL, including SQL writing, performance optimization, and data backup and recovery.
  • Middleware Technologies: Experience with middleware technologies such as Kafka, Redis, and MyBatis.
  • Development Tools: Proficiency in using development tools such as IDEA or Eclipse and familiarity with open-source tools like Maven, SVN, and Git.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both in Chinese and English.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of system operation and maintenance experience or over 1 year of Java software development experience.
