We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Onboarding and HR Support Specialist to support our Talent Acquisition (TA) & Onboarding team at Emirates Flight Catering. As an Onboarding and HR Support Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding process, including mobilization, travel arrangements, visa processing, and orientation coordination.

Key responsibilities include facilitating seamless communication and process execution to enhance the overall candidate and new joiner experience, conducting surveys for new joiners and exiting employees, and regularly updating documentation and procedures to maintain process clarity and efficiency.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR or administrative roles in fast-paced environments, preferably hospitality, culinary, or aviation, is required.
