About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager RM, Lower Gulf to lead our sales team in the region. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned territory.
  • Maintain industry knowledge and stay up-to-date with competitor activity to inform regional strategies.
  • Sell Boston Scientific products to healthcare providers and other key stakeholders to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and initiate corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure effective implementation of representative customer records, key contacts, reports, and company policies.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and activities in conjunction with the Country Sales Manager and/or Director.
  • Plan and control expenses to ensure sales objectives are met within budget.

Requirements

  • Leadership success/experience leading teams and mentoring/coaching others.
  • Experience developing a collaborative team environment that displays core values.
  • Experience in Electrophysiology or Cardiac Rhythm Management and aptitude for acquiring technical knowledge.
  • Experience developing sales and business strategy and demonstrated commercial track record of success.
  • Medical device industry experience.
  • Previous marketing exposure or experience highly desirable.
  • Tertiary qualification in life sciences or business management (desirable).
  • Ability to undertake regular travel.
