Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist & Facility Executive to join our team in Dubai. As a key member of our facilities management department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities, providing exceptional support to our staff, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Facility Management:
    • Manage day-to-day operations of the office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
    • Oversee the procurement and inventory management of office supplies and equipment.
    • Ensure that all facilities meet health, safety, and environmental standards.
  2. Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional support to staff members, responding to their needs and resolving issues promptly.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Negotiation and Contract Management:
    • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
    • Manage and maintain records of contracts, agreements, and vendor relationships.
  4. Procurement and Inventory Management:
    • Source and procure goods and services from reputable vendors and suppliers.
    • Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with formal qualifications in office administration or a related field.

  • Education and Experience:
    • Degree in Office Administration or a related field.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Power BI, MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
