**Job Description**

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Al Khoory Hotels. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of general maintenance and inspection of facilities and equipment in various properties maintained by the Company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building maintenance and management principles, with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will ensure that all electrical, plumbing and mechanical facilities of all properties are in proper condition by conducting constant inspections.

This role requires a high level of technical competency and effective time management skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with more than 5 years' experience in Building Maintenance or field related work in maintenance, including Managerial level of experience.
