Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our Real Estate and Facility Management - Automotive team at Dubai Festival City.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all Facilities Management related requirements with the Facilities Maintenance Team, Businesses, Vendors, and other concerned departments.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, time management, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties, including Procurement Department and Service Providers, regarding all required aspects of Facilities Management.
  2. Maintain Complaints Register and follow up on maintenance complaints, forwarding them to the concerned person and ensuring the job is complete to the end-users' satisfaction.
  3. Update Vendors Registers for Automotive Facilities on a regular basis.
  4. Assist the Facilities Manager and the Team in developing strategic management plans, including preparing detailed Opex and Capex budgets.
  5. Record all financial transactions, including Purchase Orders, to monitor Expenses vs Budget.
  6. Implement and manage FM service level agreements and FM service contracts for the portfolio.
