Dynamic Support Specialist for Regional Partners - Professional Services

This role is designed to provide comprehensive support to two partners of a professional services company based in the region. The partners are new to the area, and as such, require an expert with extensive local and industry knowledge to facilitate their work.

The company is a leader in its field, boasting an exceptional global and regional reputation. It has a significant presence in the market and seeks an individual who can augment the management team's capabilities. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining partner diaries
  2. Scheduling internal and external meetings, conference calls, and video conferences
  3. Communicating effectively with clients and infrastructure staff as necessary
  4. Proactively identifying opportunities for adding value through additional meetings and interactions
  5. Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
  6. Preparing letters, proposals, and other documentation such as timesheets and expense reports
  7. Assisting with client greetings and meeting room arrangements
  8. Attending meetings, taking minutes, and distributing them
  9. Organizing partner files and offices

Client development is also crucial, requiring exceptional client service skills to build strong relationships with clients and foster further growth. It is expected that you will become familiar with key themes and products to confidently arrange meetings with clients.

We are seeking an individual with prior EA experience working within a legal, finance, management consultancy, or banking institution, possessing at least five years' experience as an Executive Assistant at Partner level. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to interact effectively across a multicultural environment, are essential. You will also serve as a point of contact for all clients and infrastructure departments on behalf of assigned partners. We value candidates who are team-oriented, client-focused, and experienced in working within a team environment. Ability to manage a heavy workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting is vital, along with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
