We are seeking an experienced Product Director to lead our product strategy and execution, shaping the future of high-impact fintech in emerging markets.

About the Role:

As Product Director, you will own and drive dopay's product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will lead a team of product managers, designers, and engineers to build and enhance our core payroll and financial services platform.

Your key responsibilities include defining and executing the product vision, developing product extensions and new features, leading and mentoring international product and technology professionals, and driving agile methodologies and high-velocity development processes.

You will also collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams to align product development with business priorities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and building and maintaining relationships with key partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Develop product extensions and new features that drive user adoption, engagement, and revenue growth
  • Lead and mentor a team of international product and technology professionals
  • Drive agile methodologies and high-velocity development processes

Requirements:
  • Experience in highly regulated industries, such as fintech, insurtech, medtech, or financial services
  • A track record of scaling products in emerging markets, preferably in the Middle East and Africa region
  • Strong background in product strategy, execution, and team leadership in both early-stage startups and late-stage scaleups
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS, payments, or payroll solutions
  • Experience in building and managing international product and technology teams
