The People Culture Executive plays a vital role in fostering a positive workplace environment at Accor. This position is essential for ensuring that our recruitment processes are efficient and effective, while also maintaining strong employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Database Management: Maintain an organized database of resumes to facilitate future recruitment needs.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the hiring process for all levels of employees, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to team member.
  • Process Coordination: Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, including interview scheduling, contract management, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Establish and nurture effective relationships with employees to promote a harmonious workplace.
  • Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with various departments on Human Resources-related activities to ensure alignment and support.
  • Visa Management: Work with the Public Relations Officer to secure employee visas and manage the arrival logistics for new staff.
  • Audit Responsibilities: Conduct regular audits of the relevant work areas to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • File Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain employee files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and accessible.
  • Confidential Documentation: Develop and uphold confidential departmental employee files and databases to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Leave Monitoring: Track and monitor annual and sick leave accruals in consultation with the Human Resources leadership.
  • Correspondence Management: Organize and assess daily incoming correspondence, responding appropriately to inquiries.
  • Diary Management: Manage the diary of the Director of Human Resources, ensuring all tasks are prioritized and addressed promptly.
  • Communication Standards: Maintain high standards of communication by handling telephone calls and messages in line with Accor's policies.
