- Technical Expertise: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings to effectively address client needs.
- Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling and media outreach.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Line Manager for guidance, market updates, and system improvements to enhance quality compliance.
- Market Intelligence: Collect and analyze information regarding competitor products, pricing, and market positioning.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary contact between clients and the Service Department to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Payment Follow-Up: Monitor and facilitate the collection of outstanding payments, reporting any issues to the Department Head.
- Post-Sales Engagement: Encourage customers to opt for service and maintenance contracts after the sale.
- Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly reports on customer visits, inquiries, and quotation statuses to the Line Manager.
- Team Meetings: Participate in weekly sales meetings to discuss strategies and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in industrial construction and material handling equipment sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
Ideal candidates should possess a diploma with 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in selling and marketing branded products. Proficiency in computer applications and fluency in English and Arabic are essential. Candidates should be no older than 35 years.
