- Stay up-to-date with the latest hotel promotions and offerings, applying established procedures to process room reservations, rates, confirmations, and other related services.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our rate structure and apply rate management principles to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all correspondence and prepare reports as required by the Reservations Manager or Supervisor.
- Foster strong public relations and strive to maximize business through proactive engagement with guests and stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate room status at all times, reflecting our commitment to operational excellence.
