  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate financial modeling and valuation.
  • Annual and YoY growth of occupancy level of assigned retail assets.
  • Realized NOI as % of target profits.
  • Revenues and NOI growth of assigned retail assets v/s previous year.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or economics, MBA.
  • Min of 6+ years of related experience in managing retail asset properties with annual revenue more than AED 100 million.
  • Strong exposure to GCC real estate market.
  • Real estate valuation and management consultancy.
