TheRetail Execution Manager role is accountable for delivering thelongterm executional excellence standards for Suntory GlobalSpiritss top strategic airports. This role will tasked withtranslating the strategy into action instore with the ultimate goalof increasing market share and driving brand visibility aligned toour commercial & corporatemission.
Workinghand in hand with commercial marketing functions and externalstakeholders it is important that the successful candidate is ableto manage both long and shortterm activities to achieve ourexecutional excellence KPIs. With a strong focus on detail inretail and in store excellence including; stock level managementdepletion and promotion analysis and outletstandards.
Whilstmanaging the customer relationship & contact strategy it isexpected that this role will be the face of Beam Suntory to ourexternal airport partners. To achieve this we require a highlymotivated candidate with fantastic interpersonal skills able tobuild collaborative relationships to succeed and be agile andflexible in communication styles. This role reports into the RetailExcellenceDirector.
RoleResponsibilities OVERVIEW:
  • This role willbe responsible for sales and executional engagement on the shopfloor meaning everyday deployment of activations ensuring stockavailability overseeing sales & promotions etc. They willbe responsible for building relationships and engaging with keystakeholders in airports.
  • Identify and analyzebusiness within market using syndicated data and account datainformation to capitalize on potentialopportunities
  • Ensure consistent adherence tobrand guidelines and outlet standards
  • Deliveron 6P goals annually (POS Price Persuasion Promotion People& Permanent Visibility) at Account & storelevel
  • Work closely with commercial Key AccountManagers to identify opportunity and risk in our executionalexcellence acting as the internal voice of the shop floor providinginsights in shopper promotion competitor and marketdynamics.
  • Be the retail partner of ourbusiness. Aligning location strategy annual targets innovation andactivation pipeline & customer operationslead.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
  • Implementationtracking and reporting of in store Outlet StandardsKPIs
  • Gathering of insights shopper behavioursand market conditions to better understand our in store performancerisks and opportunities.
  • Keen understanding ofselling stories and category insights to influence and improve BSIoutlet performance.
  • Responsible for BrandAmbassador engagement and training including tracking of resultsinformation flow and monthly Brand Ambassador reporting and KPItracking.
  • Responsible for depletion targets intandem with commercial and marketingleads.
  • Ensure compliance of customer JBP instore activity such as promotional plans distribution andranging.
  • Reporting of competitor activitypromotions and innovations across theirterritory.
Qualifications Experience Key Skills &Competencies
  • Sales orretail experience within FMCG/luxurygoods/spirits
  • Ideally minimally 57 years ofretail or sales experience
  • Strong selling skillset and ability to influence
  • Team player with astrong collaborative approach
  • Customer focusedstrategic thinker with creative flair & and eye forcategory insights
  • Good analytical skillsability to work within a deadline & deliver commercialKPIs
  • Indepth understanding of retailers in aglobal market
  • Travel 3040% oftime
  • Travel Retail experiencepreferred
