Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of project planning and scheduling strategies to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop corrective action plans to ensure project success.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and progress.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders to influence project outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals delivering planning and scheduling services, and provide guidance and support to ensure team members are equipped to meet project demands.
  • Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and best practices in project planning and scheduling, and apply this knowledge to improve project delivery and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex project information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling tools and software, with experience in using these tools to deliver projects.
  • Proven track record of leading project planning and scheduling teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Significant experience in the use of planning techniques in a range of multi-disciplinary sectors, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of project planning and scheduling.
  • Ideally degree educated, preferably in a Construction or Engineering discipline (or equivalent).
