Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the design process for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all design consultants are delivering to the client's requirements.
  • Develop and implement design briefs and scopes of work, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Review and approve design proposals and submissions, ensuring that they meet the required standards.
  • Monitor and record design progress against project programmes, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all design elements are fully coordinated and delivered on time.
  • Compile and review technical reports for submission, ensuring that all necessary information is included.
  • Provide final QA sign-off from a technical perspective, ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards.
  • Attend and lead design-related issues during internal and external coordination meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Requirements:
  • BEng/BArch minimum in Architecture or a relevant engineering field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of post-graduate experience from an architectural background or related engineering discipline, with a proven track record of managing multiple, multi-disciplinary design projects.
  • Ideal candidate will be trained/registered with a UK/US/Australia/Canada architecture or engineering professional body.
  • Full competency in Revit/Navisworks is preferable, with a willingness to undertake training or further develop this skillset.
  • Proven project delivery history in the Middle East in a similar role/capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written format.
