Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage interior design projects, including developing and implementing design concepts, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop design solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Manage and supervise a team of interior designers and CAD technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed successfully.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve design solutions and project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in interior design, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • BA in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Revit and other design software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
