Job Summary:

This Event Administration Manager position requires a highly organized individual to manage suppliers, administer duties, and report progress to the Senior Project Manager. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills and a good understanding of the events industry.


Key Responsibilities & Duties:
  1. Supporting the project team in executing all event-related operations
  2. Administration support to the senior or project manager
  3. Distributing, managing, monitoring, and reporting timelines, assisting with contracts
  4. Coordinating logistical planning and execution on event day
  5. Liaising with third-party consultants, suppliers etc.
  6. Managing the pre-qualification process for suppliers and consultants
  7. Communicating changes to relevant departments
  8. Preparing an event manual covering all aspects of the project
  9. Contribution to a detailed project plan, including communications documents, work breakdown structures, ticket pricing, timelines, deliverables, venue analysis, staffing, marketing, risk assessment.
