Job Summary
Qureos Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our team. As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research and Analysis
Conduct thorough market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Sales Strategy and PlanningDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities through market analysis and agent networks, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Proposal and Tender ManagementDevelop and submit comprehensive and compliant proposals and tenders aligned with company best practices and specifications, ensuring timely and effective submission.
Supply Chain ManagementSupervise and support distributors, suppliers, and agents, ensuring seamless supply chain operations and effective communication.
Product Introduction and DevelopmentIntroduce new products to existing and new accounts, recommending new opportunities and improvements to drive target sales growth.
Market Intelligence and Competition MonitoringGather and act on market intelligence promptly, monitoring competition by collecting current marketplace information on pricing, products, new offerings, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
Contract ManagementEnsure materials traded and sold conform to agreed terms and contract specifications, maintaining accurate records and reports.
Technical Support and CoordinationCoordinate and support technical issues with the Technical Production and Accounts departments to fully meet client satisfaction.
Reporting and ForecastingMaintain and update sales records, targets, and other reports, reviewing cost and sales performance accurately and on time, and forecasting sales to enable operations planning.
Additional ResponsibilitiesPerform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of Qureos Inc.
