Front Desk Coordinator

Aldar Education is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our visitors, staff, and parents.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Deliver high-quality customer service to all visitors and staff, representing Aldar Education in a professional manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors in a friendly and helpful manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our organization.
- Administrative Support: Provide general clerical/administrative support, including updating attendance registers, photocopying, filing, faxing, and completing standard forms.
- IT Support: Undertake word-processing and other IT-based tasks, such as database management, Excel, and Internet research.
- Communication: Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our schools, including curriculum, education level, and tuition fees.
- Logistics: Arrange transportation for visitors when required and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Admissions Support: Assist the Admissions team with in-bound and out-bound calls, log admissions enquiries into the MIS database, and perform other clerical receptionist duties.
- Team Collaboration: Attend and participate in relevant meetings as required, assist with tasks assigned by the management team, and undertake any other reasonable duties within the overall function.
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and able to multitask, and have a strong knowledge of administrative procedures. You will also be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
