- Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
