Talent Pal is seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our online presence and drive organic traffic to our website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases.
  • Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and meta tags, for improved search engine visibility.
  • Perform on-page and off-page optimization techniques to increase organic search rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as broken links, crawl errors, and site speed optimization.
  • Track important SEO metrics, including organic traffic, conversion rates, and time spent on page.
  • Report on performance metrics, comparing them to our SEO goals and benchmarking data.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED per month

Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
