Job Description

Befit Sports Club is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Account Management: Coordinate and manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in our CRM system.
  3. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as housekeeping, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer interactions and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
  4. Feedback and Retention: Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Retention Strategies: Assist in the development and implementation of customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs, personalized communication, and customer outreach initiatives.
  6. Issue Escalation: Monitor customer interactions and trends to identify potential issues or areas of improvement and escalate them to the appropriate departments.
  7. Training and Support: Provide training and support to customer service representatives, ensuring consistent and high-quality customer interactions.
  8. Sales Promotion: Drive membership sales by actively promoting and communicating the benefits of membership programs to existing and prospective customers.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  2. Experience: Proven experience in a customer service or customer-facing role with a track record of providing exceptional service and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  3. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer management tools.
  5. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret customer data to drive decision-making and improve customer experiences.
  7. Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing customer needs and organizational priorities.
  8. Problem-Solving Skills: Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
