About the Role

As a Sr. Program Manager in Amazon's Field Funnel Operations (FFO) pillar, you will play a crucial role in providing onboarding operational excellence for our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). Your mission will be to implement standardization and centralization of processes, increasing efficiency and efficacy in support for DSP staffing needs.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of program or project management experience, with a proven track record of using data and metrics to drive improvements. They will own program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicate results to senior leadership.

This is an omni-purpose role that requires a tenacious individual with the ability to influence functional stakeholders from within Operations. You will thrive in ambiguous environments, managing DSPs across multiple stations, and understand performance management tactics and techniques. A passion for developing your team and driving towards simple, scalable solutions to solve complex problems is essential.

A Day in the Life

In this role, you will work cross-functionally and across geographies with stakeholders at all levels to support tools, programs, and initiatives. You will have a rigorous approach to problem-solving and analytics, producing, interpreting, and drawing conclusions from data. You will use project management tools and skills to manage medium to large-scale content development and training projects.

You will enhance and foster innovation with measurable attributes to monitor success amidst each project and deliverable within ORS Field Funnel Operations. This includes owning the deployment of critical programs supporting DSP driver capacity and candidate onboarding, delivering DSP launch programs across all stations within an AMZL, AMXL, and RSR region, and working backwards from the customer to develop, deploy, and scale programs to support DSP owners and field leaders to build driver pools and deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience.

The FFO Pillar's Mission is to provide Onboarding Operational Excellence for Amazon DSPs. Our vision is to become the trusted staffing partners of DSPs, providing the preferred onboarding source for DSP DAs. We empower OTR & BCs to understand hiring gaps and provide data/tools to have meaningful conversations with DSPs.
