The rapidly growing Africa Middle East and Turkey (AMET) DSP Strategy, Pricing and Capacity Management team works across multiple countries to optimize our end-to-end relationships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) who deliver directly to our customers. We are seeking a candidate who is ready to take ownership of strategic programs and initiatives, utilizing strong analytical and project management skills. The projects managed by this individual will have a direct impact on how we compensate DSPs across our AMET network.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Leading strategic programs and initiatives to support the overall profitability of AMET DSP Partners.
2. Developing processes and mechanisms to address current challenges and enable the scaling of our growing business.
3. Conducting root cause analyses to assess the financial health of our delivery partners and creating scalable processes for these assessments.
4. Reporting key metrics and program updates to senior leadership, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. 3+ years of program or project management experience.
2. 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
3. 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
4. Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
5. Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
6. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Engineering or Business.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
2. Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or distribution.
3. A bachelor's, master's or advanced degree in business management, economics, law, engineering or supply chain and logistics.
