As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings across different time zones, and prioritizing urgent tasks. Your duties will also include coordinating travel arrangements, drafting and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations, as well as serving as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. You will conduct research and compile information to prepare briefing materials for meetings and presentations, and assist in project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and team communications.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Prior experience in an executive support role within the technology or finance sectors is highly advantageous. Proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like Asana or Trello is required. Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills, is essential. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
