Job Overview

TAAHEED is currently seeking an Administrative Officer - HR to join our team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and motivated individual to provide administrative support to the HR department.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team. They will also have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a Banking or Financial Services organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare staff monthly payroll.
  • Apply for and follow up on employees' visa issues.
  • Review and formulate policies and procedures for HR / Administration department for enhancement.

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree, preferably in human resource management or banking.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience ideally within a Banking or Financial Services organization.
  • Local UAE market knowledge would be preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of employment, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training and development.
