A Day in the Life of a Clinical Care Tech

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Clinical Care Technician. As a Clinical Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the nursing team.

Responsibilities
  • Direct Patient Care
    • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
    • Take vital signs, perform EKGs, and collect blood samples.
    • Provide bedside care, including mouth care, skin care, and other essential services.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with the nursing team to develop and implement patient care plans.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Essential Functions
    • Provide patient care based on physical, educational, safety, and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients in assigned service.
    • Participate in the collaboration of our patient's plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
    • Basic Life Support (CPR) through American Heart Association.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Previous nursing assistant experience or clinical experience from an accredited nursing program preferred.
    • Certified nursing assistant preferred.
