Simplifying security for global businesses and governments is at the heart of what we do at Forcepoint. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence across various territories.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional who is eager to take on new challenges. You will be responsible for leading new business development efforts and growing existing accounts through effective engagement with our Regional Director.

We are looking for a self-starter who can effectively manage complex sales processes and drive revenue growth through multiple go-to-market strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing specific territory account plans to support company goals and quota objectives
  • Working closely with the Regional Director to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Effectively engaging with sales resources, including SE, Channel, Solutions Sales teams, and Executives, to develop and implement customer account plans
  • Using CRM systems to track and manage forecasted opportunities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in IT software sales, with a focus on security software and/or network technologies
  • Strong relationship management and new business sales experience
  • Ability to manage, grow, and take ownership of accounts
  • A consistent sales background, meeting or exceeding quota targets
  • Experience presenting to C-level/executive level contacts
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as TAS and SPIN
  • Great time management and analytical skills
