Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our construction team, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Proposal and Contract Management: Assist in the preparation and review of proposals, contracts, and other documents related to our construction projects.
- Project Management: Develop and maintain a system for tracking project deadlines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Marketing Support: Create and update marketing materials to support our business development efforts, highlighting our company's expertise and services.
- Client and Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Financial Management: Assist with the management of our project budgets and financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Team Support: Provide support to our team in the field, as needed, to ensure the successful completion of our construction projects.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
