Key Responsibilities

  • Process and Manage Payments: Ensure that purchase orders and payments are processed in accordance with company policy.
  • Track and Maintain Signage Database: Create and maintain a comprehensive database of signage created, quantities, and deliverables.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, and Store teams, to ensure collaborative efforts.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Offer exceptional internal customer service, assisting the marketing team on key projects and coordinating with approved agencies and third parties as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a similar role managing multiple brands.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Administrative Skills: Experience with administrative work and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
