We are looking for a skilled Office Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at SGS. As an Admin Officer/Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors professionally, ensuring accurate recording of their visits.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls while providing helpful information to inquiries.
  • Ensure the reception area and conference rooms remain organized and well-presented at all times.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring sufficient stock levels and proper record-keeping.
  • Ccoordinate necessary maintenance and support services for efficient office operations.
  • Manage and direct incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely delivery to the relevant team members.
  • Carry out additional administrative tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
  • Maintain employee timesheets, assisting HR with administrative duties related to personnel.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding, coordinating with relevant departments and updating records.
  • Work with IT to set up email accounts and system access for new joiners.
  • Maintain an organized record of correspondence, including letters, couriers, reports, and invoices.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration are valuable.
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative or secretarial roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or reception duties is beneficial.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills, with effective interaction with all levels of management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
