Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Team Member to join our team at CLYMB Abu Dhabi. As an Operations Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our indoor theme park, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Experience: Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
  2. Ride Operations: Oversee the entire operation of a ride or attraction, including safety and wellbeing of colleagues and guests.
  3. Queue Management: Organize and regulate queuing systems for all rides and attractions.
  4. Safety and Security: Ensure all rides and attractions rules and regulations are enforced at all times, and conduct regular safety checks.
  5. Communication: Communicate clearly with guests, colleagues, and management at all times.
  6. Documentation: Record all details of the daily operation of a ride or attraction, including downtimes, throughputs, and colleague breaks.
  7. Emergency Procedures: Handle and lead ride downtimes and emergency situations as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
