About the Role
The Sales Manager-Controls-UAE will oversee and manage sales for Controls & BMS within the UAE market. The successful candidate will develop and implement sales strategies, manage a sales team, and ensure the achievement of sales targets and growth objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare annual sales forecasts.
- Team Management: Lead, train, and manage a team of sales engineers. Set performance objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Sales Operations: Monitor monthly sales activities and performance metrics to ensure targets are met. Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.
- Market Expansion: Identify and explore new markets and channels for the growth of Controls & BMS. Develop and execute plans to expand the company's presence in the UAE market.
- Financial Management: Negotiate projects, contracts, and agreements with customers and partners. Ensure profitable sales growth and contribute to the company's overall financial objectives.
