Sales Account Executive

At Robert Walters, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Broker Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the broker channel.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Plans: Create and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue within the broker channel.
- Broker Relationship Management: Identify, prospect, and onboard new brokers to expand our distribution network and market reach.
- Product Training and Support: Provide product training and support to brokers to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell our health insurance offerings.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and underwriting, to address broker needs and drive product enhancements.
- Industry Knowledge and Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the health insurance market.
- Presentations and Reporting: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to brokers and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Sales Performance Metrics: Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates and forecasts to management.
- Broker Inquiries and Issues: Resolve broker inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and expand our network.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the health insurance or related industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of health insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
- Broker Experience: Experience working with brokers and managing broker relationships is highly desirable.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others effectively.
- Strategic Planning: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Self-Motivation and Teamwork: Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Language Skills: Fluency in French and English language.
