Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our business operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and driving employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives
  • Recruit, select, and onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee communications
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, and time-off programs
  • Conduct training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics, including time-to-hire, employee turnover, and engagement
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist or related role
  • Proven track record of implementing HR initiatives that drive business results
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including UAE labor law
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
