Call Center Professional

We are looking for a skilled Call Center Professional to join our team at Royal Swiss Auto Services L.L.C. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
- Use CRM software to document interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and service techniques through regular training sessions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in English and an additional language to cater to diverse customer bases.
- Experience with CRM systems and telephony software to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Strong verbal communication skills, demonstrating clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
